For every policy you place, you’ll earn competitive commission and accrue Source Rewards points which can be exchanged for retail e-vouchers.

Support

Your field-based Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and in-office Broker Support Agent (BSA) will be on hand to answer any queries you have and support you with converting quotes into policies.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support throughout your partnership with Source, including access to marketing materials and CPD accredited educational resources.

Proactive Renewals Management

When we issue renewal documentation to your client, we will also highlight any cheaper alternatives for the following year, ensuring they can always benefit from the most competitive provider on our panel. Should they choose to switch insurers, the client will always remain yours, so you continue to receive the full commission for every year they renew, even if you retire or leave the industry.
