Hinckley & Rugby is a locally based Society offering a national service for Dynamo for Intermediaries.

We pride ourselves on customer service and that all underwriting decisions are made manually and with no credit scoring. We hold a daily ‘mortgage referral committee’ where the Society’s most senior decision makers get together to discuss enquiries where an individual decision is required.

The Society offers lending for residential house purchase and remortgage loans up to 95% LTV and 75% LTV for BTL. We lend on a residential and BTL basis for joint borrower sole proprietor, interest only, new build and we also offer BTL top slicing.

In addition, we have recently removed our maximum age for all residential and BTL applications – please call the telephone team to discuss your later life lending enquiries.
